Vice President of Racing for the Maryland Jockey Club
I have been on the Board of the TAA since 2013.
I starting in racing in 1986 as an assistant Horse Identifier. I worked my way up the ladder to my present job as Vice President of Racing for the Maryland Jockey Club. I am also an accredited Steward.
Horses have been around my whole life. I showed, fox hunted, and galloped on the race track many moons ago!
The TAA is so important to our industry. EVERYONE must take care of these horses after they have finished their careers. The horses gave us enjoyment and opportunities. It is now our turn to make sure they have a second chance in life. The TAA makes sure that they have happy endings.
