Professional Handicapper
Kevin is a retired NYPD Mounted Officer who rode a descendant of Northern Dancer who after his retirement served as a jockey agent and on air handicapper for Kentucky Downs. He currently travels around the country as a Professional Handicapper for Saratoga Bets. He currently serves on the Board of Old Friends at Cabin Creek.
