Uluckydevil

In his five career starts, all in Southern California, Uluckydevil never placed. The son of Lucky Pulpit’s best finish was a fourth-place run at Los Alamitos Race Course.

Bred by TAA board member Madeline Auerbach, Marsha Naify, Barry Abrams, and Onofrio Pecoraro, the one-eyed chestnut gelding was retired from racing in early 2016 through TAA aftercare partner California Retirement Management Account (CARMA). He then made his way to Northern California to TAA-accredited Square Peg Foundation, a therapeutic riding nonprofit. And he’s settled into his new role just fine.

“He is fantastic! At only 5 years old he is already starting work in the program,” said Square Peg founder Joell Dunlap. “He has the sweetest personality of just about any horse you’ll ever meet.”
