FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LEXINGTON, KY — Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance will be on-site at Del Mar for Breeders’ Cup World Championships, set to be held on Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1, 2025. Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is proud to be named the Official Aftercare Partner of Breeders’ Cup World Championships.
Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance will be represented with two named races on Friday of Breeders’ Cup weekend. Through the organization’s ongoing partnership with Breeders’ Cup Limited, the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance Stakes will be featured on the undercard. In addition, thanks to FanDuel’s partnership and generous annual support of Thoroughbred aftercare, The FanDuel Breeders’ Cup Juvenile presented by Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance (G1) will also highlight Friday’s championship racing. Following each race, presentations will take place in the winner’s circle, where the winning connections will receive a Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance gift bag and commemorative blanket.
“FanDuel is proud to continue its partnership with Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance in presenting The FanDuel Breeders’ Cup Juvenile,” said Andrew Moore, General Manager of Racing, FanDuel. “Supporting accredited aftercare is essential to the future of our sport, and we’re honored to play a part in that mission.”
As the Official Aftercare Partner of Breeders’ Cup World Championships, Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is one of the beneficiaries of Breeders’ Cup Charities. This year the “Champions Give Back” campaign will raise funds for a variety of important causes within the Thoroughbred industry. As part of the campaign there are a variety of ways to contribute through text-to-donate, official merchandise sales through the Breeders’ Cup Shop and more. Ken Freirich, philanthropist and racehorse owner, will also match $50,000 of all donations received during the campaign. Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance will also be on-site to host the winners of the 2025 VIP Breeders’ Cup World Championships experience from the “Off to the Races” online benefit auction. This experience was generously donated by Breeders’ Cup Limited. The winners will enjoy four tickets to the Breeders’ Cup Breakfast Marquee on Wednesday, a table for four at the track on Friday and Saturday, paddock passes for the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance Stakes, and much more.
Finally, Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is offering official 2025 Breeders’ Cup hats embroidered with “Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance” on the side for a direct donation of $40 or more.
