Mill Ridge Farm, General Manager
Mr. Price Bell began his working life at Mill Ridge Farm, weed eating, cleaning stalls, turning out horses, and learning the ins-and-outs of horse farm life as a seventh grader. He earned his BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2004, and later his MBA from Vanderbilt Owens School of Business in 2011. From 2005 through 2010, Mr. Bell pursued a career in real estate in Charlotte, NC, and later in Nashville, TN. In 2011 he returned to Lexington to begin working for the family businesses, Mill Ridge Farm and Nicoma Bloodstock as a bloodstock agent. In 2020, he was named General Manager of Mill Ridge. Once reinvested in Mill Ridge and Lexington’s civic scene, Mr. Bell applied his education and experience to working in the Lexington community and growing our sport.
Additionally, Mr. Bell serves as a board member of Kentucky Thoroughbred Association, Inc./Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders, Inc, Horse Country, KEEP, The Kentucky Horse Park Commission, The National Racing Museum, Fayette Alliance, and Amplify Horse Racing.
