Forensic CPA & Certified Arbitrator

Jack is a Founding Partner of Matson Driscoll & Damico LLP (MDD) Forensic Accountants. As the Managing Director, he was instrumental in growing MDD from four (4) U.S. domestic offices in 1979 to the now forty-six (46) global office firm. Serving as an expert witness and/or consultant, he has more than five decades of worldwide experience in forensic accounting, property & liability insurance claims, economic damage quantification, litigation and alternate dispute matters.

Since 1985, has served on for profit and not-for-profit boards in the greater Atlanta area. Jack co-founded the Atlanta National Golf Club designed by Pete Dye in 1986; served as the VP/Treasurer of the Georgia Horse Racing Coalition (GHRC); President the Georgia Thoroughbred Owner & Breeder Association, and currently serves as a Director of Your Family’s Table as well as the Forsyth County YMCA.
Mr. Damico is a Certified Public Accountant & Certified Arbitrator who holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College. LT Damico USNR is a Vietnam War veteran having served his country as the Supply Officer aboard the USS Berkley DDG 15.

Jack has been a Thoroughbred owner & breeder since 1986 in NY, NJ, KY, Fl, PA, DE & MD. He along with his partners have won more than 325 races including multiple stake races in Florida. Mr. Damico currently manages The Posse Racing Stable and East Coast Partners, which primarily race up along the East Coast.

The Damico family continue to support various Thoroughbred retirement & after care organizations in NY, KY, PA and FL including The Secretariat Center, The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance, ReRun NY Thoroughbred Adoption and Turning for Home PA retirement program et al.
He and his wife Becky have been married for fifty-four years and currently reside in Alpharetta GA. Their children are Jennifer Damico (Greenwich, CT) and Lacey Damico Facer (Marietta, GA).
